In my current position, I manage multiple concurrent projects at the same time. This requires balancing budgets, schedules, inventories, and vendor relationships, while maintaining cross-departmental communication and collaboration. My success depends on gathering information from numerous stakeholders, identifying operational needs, anticipating challenges, and creating workflows that keep projects moving efficiently.

One of my greatest strengths and joys is analyzing existing processes and tweaking them or designing new processes and systems that are more effective. I utilize my 16 years of construction experience in a wide array of different fabrication styles to help inform what direction a build should take, whether I am adjusting a project to fit our employees’ skill sets or responding to an adjusted timeline requirement that necessitates that the project be reduced.
